If it's heavy on your end use simplify or reduce the number of viewport hair childs in the properties. C'mon in the end it's just 3 hairs, you can run it :3
also, hair is controlled by a latice that follows a curve so you cna pose it super easily. but if you really want the top notch version you can always give that latice a mesh deform modifier an reference that to a dummy mesh with cloth physics for the best results
