Added 2021-07-26 09:09:40 +0000 UTCYou know guys that i've been trying to get new GPUs for faster rendering and CPUs for baking physics faster and such... and the other day VRAnimeTed gave the me solution. I don't need to make my PC more powerful, i need a second one to render stuff so i can leave one rendering and forget about it while I can comfortably work on another machine. So, in a couple days when august starts and based on the new pledge raise from this month <3, I'll be getting a new PC with an i9 a 3090 64Gbs of ram. What does that mean? Longer animations with alternate angles, faster physics simulations so I'll probabbly swap to baking physics for breasts, butts, thighs, Damn, Might aswell be able to finally afford fluids <3
So Brace yourselves because that thing won't ever turn off and will make animations way longer since I won't have to worry about render times.
I took this decision based on the VR alternatives i want to make, and my obsession with cycles (raytraced render engine). for example Neytiri's animation would take 128 hours to render un my current PC in cycles. that wouldn't be a problem if I render it on a second machine.
How does this affect you? Longer animations, higher quality lights and shadows on them, VR, moar physics and probabbly fluids, while i can keep working on models, animations etc while i can be as productive as i am now. so it's a win - win situation

2021-07-26 14:52:57 +0000 UTCThe funny part was that I didn't really plan on buying it. I went to the Best Buy by bicycle, arrived at 4 AM, stood in line for over five hours, and then took it home in a backpack. Ten miles each way. It was a loooong day.

2021-07-26 12:36:27 +0000 UTCWell, if you're interested about VR i really recommend yoi checling VRanimeted's patreon he has rendered a lot of my scenes and many other artist ones and he does a very immersive work ;) so you can check in VR some of my animations like lara's anal machine, and lara's anal dildo, and the succubis tentacles one... Those are just some of my favourites. But he has a whole bunch of them <3

2021-07-26 12:22:08 +0000 UTCYeah, the 3090 is such a _ridiculous_ piece of hardware. I just got one last week (after a bout of insanity and a chance to buy one at regular retail), and it's damned good. It's huge, though, the photos don't do it justice. It barely fit in my Cooler Master HAF XB case, and that's a pretty darned big box. You should definitely plan for a horizontal motherboard, you don't want this thing hanging sideways in a tall case. Don't forget the nice big power supply (850w minimum) and a nice big UPS to match it. I had to upgrade both, because the whole machine can pull upwards of 620 watts in bursts, and sustained 550 watts isn't unusual. The other thing is to make sure to frame-limit it in the Nvidia control panel (Manage 3D Settings/Max Frame Rate). I have mine locked to no more than 180 FPS, just in case.

I don't feel obligated to give, I just want to give. Because you're amicable and really good at what you do. ^^ I can't wait to see the new animations :3

I don't see it as paying for your decisions, but rather: Encouraging more decisions along this line with verbal support and monetary support! If a creator does the thing that makes me happy, I will want to support them more to show my love, appreciation and motivate them to do more of the things that are the reasons I support them to begin with â€ïžđ

Because between you and me... we're not so different, love longer animations with cumshots and all the circus <3 Since i got the other day the animation layers addon making longer animations seems easier than before so the only limit would be hardware related and if i cna fix that with a new machine and start making longer animations I can't find any reason not to do it <3
