For a personal project, probably not a problem, commercial... ehhh.... you might get away with it by naming it something similar but not exactly. To actually make it, you would need to 3D print the cases, and figure out how to make the molds. Or find a company that would do different colored inserts for you, so you could choose the perfect 'windowmakery' color :P....
