Snaiad: Creatures drawn during a recent urban jaunt

Work on the Snaiad book is continuing non-stop!
Here are the two drawings I completed during my recent Youtube urbexing video, which you can watch on https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=J3b8-HdEcJU !

Despite their different body plans, the Staff-jaw (Bonkeria sp.) and Rollpig (Helixur sp.) seen here are somewhat closely-related!

Thank you all for your support of Snaiad and beyond...
When the book is complete, the names of my lifetime Patreon.com supporters will appear in it! :)

I love the roll pig. Anteater vibes, but softer and with even cooler feet.

Yep! The first Snaiad "vertebrates" were sessile, buried organisms with centralised filter mouths and eye-equipped long tentacles for sperm/egg transfers and grooming. When they started to move, the heads didn't merge and continued on as separate, dedicated food manipulators and sensory stalks - a bit like the long, food-handling claws of crabs.
