The elusive Snaiad "vertebrate" flyers

Here are tiny, bat-like flapping flyers from the main "vertebrate" lineage - creatures which I wrote about for years, but am only now getting around to illustrating.

Didn't you say their hydraulic muscles don't function fast enough for flight? Or did these ones develop fibrous muscles on their arms?
