Great episode like always. I love this series but am also excited to get more Ander’s Sons. I love the classic movies on KOK but the obscure ones like “Ghosts” have been a real unexpected treat. Next season if you’re looking for another obscure option, check out “Ghost Brothers of Darkland County” I’m not sure how well known it is but it’s a musical written by King, John Mellencamp, and T Bone Burnett. It was a live show but I believe the DVD is available. I remember enjoying it, but I was able to see it live and happened to sit two rows behind King, when the show ended Mellencamp started smoking on stage so the whole thing is kind of a fever dream and I’d love to hear some insightful thoughts on it if you’re looking for a weird one. Thanks so much for everything you all make, I can’t wait for more!

I was wondering where you guys would land on the eclipse. Thanks to script monkeys for the info on the connection. When i read the books, I interpreted it as a connection to some kind of shared event between our dimension and the territories of the crimson king where an evil influence bleeds through. A broken beam for instance? I would love to see an escape from the multicurse about the gunslinger multiverse, but I'll not sure if King fleshed out the idea enough for coherence.

I came here to make this point. Beat me to it!

This episode added "touching peens" and reintroduced "I'm such a fuckin' idiot" to my lexicon.

Just be warned if you read the book. You talk about how the adaptation is really good. Well it is nothing like the book other then the book lays the framework in the story. The book is a 300 plus page confession by Delores and has no chapter breaks and a few paragraph breaks. It often jumps back and forth. I did enjoy reading it but it is a much different experience than watching the movie.

Great episode so far and makes me want to see the movie and read the book. Just got to the discussion about Gerald’s Game and Dolores both having an eclipse and child sexual abuse. This was completely intentional by King. In the books, both women see the other in a vision and was King linking the stories thematically & experientially. That said, I didn’t care for it and really didn’t see the point despite the intent. * I forgot to add that I believe I read something from King that the two books were originally intended as a single release with the eclipse functioning as the axis upon which the two tales turned.
