Trying to Decide about continuing Pale Carnations PDF or picking up a New Mod

You can always suggest things on discord, and I will evaluate if it's something worth mine and your time. Thanks for helping!
The title says it, I'm trying to decide about continuing my Pale Carnations PDF or picking up a new mod.
The Pale Carnations walkthrough does not get a lot of love at all on adult gaming sites, and it takes 7 to 8 hours for one of their normal updates. (Last one took less because it was smaller, but this one will be a "normal update" per the dev) I think most people are using one of the mods for the game that are out there, either Oscars or the other one. So, as I said I'd like your input.
I'm ultimately going to make my own decision, I just want to gauge your input as well.
Side Note: When I say pick up a new mod for a dev that doesn't have a rep for reworking. I'm not referring to PC at all, those guys are nothing but class. That's just a general comment.

2021-12-11 04:37:31 +0000 UTCI have a mac, generally when I'm installing a mod, after unzipping the mod, often i have to go into the mod folders to track down the game folder within it. I then typically drag that game folder onto my desktop. After that I then right click on the renpy app you want to add the mod, Click "Show Package Contents" -; Open the "Contents" then "Resources" folders -; Hold the Option key and drag the "game" folder off my desktop to the "autorun" folder -& Click merge.
