I respectfully disagree with you, I sent the link to everyone, to let them know the game is out as most devs do, and the tier it was available for in the post. If they so choose to raise their pledge to play the game now on this release tier they can (I have more than a few that have). Almost all dev's do this, it's common practice. Also 20 people liked the post, so it would seem no one is upset.

Send the download link only to 10$ Patreon. The balance receive a message about the release launched. Never send a link to people can not have access to it. Is dangerous to upset Personally, i do not care. I do not come Patreon to receive goody's. I became Patreon to say tank you!

But i point you send a general message to all Patreon to invite her to downloads a release he do not have access yet. I'm sure is a honest mistake and i do not care. But is not the case of all. Lot of people are being upset because this mistake. Just keep caution to send message only to people concerned.
