Monster Girl IP - Species survey result.

The survey results are here!!, it was very tight, with some twists and turns along the way, but at the end we got a really nice variety of results~

Even tho these are the numbers and results seem straight forward, considering that species aren't repeating, we need to established a hierarchy;

Now, to put things into perspective and finally give the real results, lets check the graph.

Zalia humanoid: Imp.

Overwhelming votes, Zalia has won with fairy in second place way down below, there is not much discussion here, she was the only one with goblin and infernal as an option, so, no more to say, sassy, sarcastic, stinky goblin/infernal nerd will be, it sounds fitting for her.

Zalia 1st non-humanoid: Beast-kind.

Kobold tie for Sera and Zalia with 45 votes, for this reason I took the decision of giving Zalia the beast-kind and dragon-kind to Sera, HOWEVER, kobold will be still added for Zalia but not as an small lizard, instead as an eastern-kobold

Common characteristics:

Kobold.

Beastfolk.

Zalia 2nd non-humanoid: Insectoid.

Even tho Slime and Plant-kind got more votes, these two species got more votes for Myra and Sera respectively, so, the next one on the list won; The insectoid species. Because I felt like the Ant and Spider would be too similar, I change the Ant for a bumblebee, fitting Zalia thick thighs better.

Myra humanoid: Elf.

Taking the majority of her votes, Elf won. Very straight forward; Pointy ears, some tattoo bodies depending on her origin and backstory, very humanoid and elfish, the species playing more on the plot-line rather than their appearance.

Myra 1st non-humanoid: Harpy.

Harpy won after some twist and turns through the election, seem that at the end people wants a lovely harpy living with them on their apartment, the crow variation got a lot of attention, which makes me happy because I feel like it fits Myra almost perfectly.

Myra 2nd non-humanoid: Slime.

Slime won with ease and her design is also easy to explain; A blob shaped like a girl with a big core in the middle with all her vital organs, another classic monster-girl species without too much to elaborate about. Also, for the sake of convenience; Plot wise genitals and cavities are natural, not just organs shaped at will, linked to the core in some way.

Sera humanoid: Demon.

Demon won by 1 vote over the Angel, the most changing and disputed species for Sera through the survey progress, I was thinking about my decision with Beast-kind + Kobold with Zalia, how I ended up merging both, however, in this case I feel like the best thing is to keep them separated for future content (More on that later). Also, I read a comment saying that none of the girls fit a succubus, but I promise that Sera will be a caring dommy-mommy with some eagerness for lust.

Sera 1st non-humanoid: Reptile-kind.

With lizard-Kobold and Dragoness ending up with a tie, I give Dragon to Sera, base on the descicion mention earlier. Not much to elaborate, classic scalie girl.

Sera 2nd non-humanoid: Plant-kind.

The second most popular option for Sera, plant-kind will have two variants; Alraune and Dryad, these being different mostly when it comes to texture and colors rather than overall appearance.

And those are the nine species, with a total of eighteen variants. These will be created in order; First Zalia humanoid > Myra humanoid > Sera humanoid > Zalia 1st non humanoid, and so on. Expect some character designs this month along with some base models.

As for the rest of the species that lost; If the gain gains enough popularity and we get enough patrons we are going to add DLCs in the future, however, this is too early to say so, we are in the process of creating the prototype, but yeah, a DLC with more species will be store right behind pushing a fulfilled game, or at least a very decent beta, reason why I would like to invest more on the project to make it happen quicker.
