But the Chastity Belt has to have a rear opening so the body can get rid of waste. Yeah, could be the mouth, or a tentacle hijacking the nervous system from the tail of the spinal cord. It also lets the tentacles get some exercise on her other open orifice because she needs to go #2 at times.

I just wonder how the Alien communication is achieved? Would it be telepathy?
