Closing in on the first of the month...

... which would be the first full month my Patreon is active, and the first official rewards start being delivered! 

So that you know, here's what my current writing work looks like:

0) _Princess Holy Aura_: I will at the least have some reviewing/editing work on this one before it's going to get anywhere near the printers. No word on when my Magical Girl adventure will hit the shelves yet, but it'd be either very late this year, or very early next.

1) _Castaway Peril_: Sequel to _Castaway Planet_ and _Castaway Odyssey_, this third book in the trilogy co-authored with Eric Flint  follows the adventures of the now-joined crews of both LS-5 and Emerald Maui (formerly LS-88) as they meet new challenges and dangers. And is there, perhaps, a possibility of rescue? We'll see!

2) _Fenrir_: Working title for a new First Contact novel, co-authored with Eric. This will be a brand-new universe that Eric and I are building! This, and _Castaway Peril_, are contracted with Baen

3) _French Roast Apocalypse_: I'm completing editing of this unusual urban fantasy which is the first in "Fall of Veils", a series my wife Kathleen Moffre-Spoor invented and which we are co-writing together. Once my editing pass-through is done it will be submitted to publishers; if we have to go to self-publishing, or with a small publisher with limited resources, I will likely do a Kickstarter to fund the expensive parts like a high-quality cover and professional editing and proofing.

4) _Demons of the Past_: I'm in the third book of this trilogy, which I wil publish one way or another. This is a huge space opera set in the deep past of the universe that also contains _Paradigms Lost_ and the Balanced Sword trilogy

5) _Light of Reason_: Second volume in the adventures of Jason Wood. I'm about 14,000 words into it right now.

6) _Stuff of Legend_: I completed this novel of superheroes in one possible future of the Jason Wood universe, but I may add some more chapters before moving forward with self-publication.

7) Other projects which are in varying stages of development that I intend to carry through are (working titles): The Spirit Warriors (fantasy trilogy following the five young people from Earth that were first seen in the Balanced Sword); The Door Reopened (a crossover fantasy examining and revisiting aspects of some of the older classics of children's fantasy); Players of Worlds (first volume: Heart of the Gorgon -- it looks like Fantasy but it's not at all; more "Dungeons and Dragons meets Total Recall, the Matrix, and The Terminator".)
