"Thunder Monument" sounds fantasy, but it's really the ruins of an advanced precursor civilization. Yep, Legendia is part of the mainline "Tales of" series. It's generally considered to be less-than-the-best title, but it does have its unique charm, and you're right, the OST definitely stands out within the series.
