The one you've heard as "Theme of Eastern Story" recurs a lot, usually but not always as a title theme, usually with completely different titles. I think that might be the most recurring one, just looking at in-game soundtracks without considering remix albums.

There still is the regular movement of fighting games, but now you also get to dip below the opponent for tricky moves. Also, projectiles are a very big deal in these games, which also turns into another special thing where you can phase through projectiles by walking.
