I think the reason why this theme is slower and less energetic than most other Final Fantasy themes is because Final Fantasy Tactics is a turn-based tactics game. Battles take a longer time and there is emphasis on keeping a clear head and plan your moves carefully. An energetic theme would amp you up, but that can lead to making mistakes in that genre.

"Pyro" is the root for fire (as in pyromaniac), add anti- in front of that, and you've got "against fire". I once had a fit of very high fever (42℃), they drove me to a hospital, and they gave me an antipyretic via an injection that basically forced that high fever to go down to almost normal in about half hour or something. Don't ask me why the song's called that, it's been too long for me.
