2025-01-04 21:45:18 +0000 UTCWhat a coincidence that on New Year's Eve into New Year's Day that I was playing Street Fighter 6 after not playing it for month's. Simply felt like breaking away from Castlevania for a moment to explore the world tour mode leading into 2025. I get why some people don't really like the soundtrack of SF6 as it breaks away from the usual tracks we have become accustomed too. In particular, listening to Cammy's Theme from previous iterations then to listen to her SF6 version is a tad jarring but I've come to appreciate the new vibe of her theme. It still suites her despite the change. Jamie's theme is really great. It simply has this groovy vibe that you can't help get into. Blanka's incorporation of jungle elements into his theme is long overdue so I can at least appreciate this new evolution of his theme. On a side note, someone commented on Marisa's Theme as something you would hear in a Home Depot commercial and now I can't get that mental imagery out of my head when I hear it now.
