Hey, Jesse! Thanks for picking up my suggestion. My first credit on the channel! I'm happy you liked it this much. It's funny, I think of myself as a VGM geek, at least when it comes to games I played myself, and I'm also definitely a big Borderlands fan, yet I've rarely paused for Borderlands music. There's a lot of ambience in those OSTs, very few melodies to catch. But your channel and especially VGM vibes inspired me to come back and listen to those tracks properly. So in a way, this is a full circle moment =) I'm not going to clog this with a full review, but yes, I saw the Borderlands movie in a theater. Honestly, I think they did a great job with the visual and audio side. From the jagged rocks to vehicles to gun designs, I SAW the games in there. And they had good actors, who did their best with what they've been given. The two problems I saw were one, almost all the main characters were portrayed by actors 20-40 (!) years older than said characters, and two, the movie of 18+ games was pushed down to a 13+ rating. The edge and pitch-black humor the series is famous for is gone, and the whole thing is, both literally and figuratively, bloodless. It's a shame.
