Fitness Controls v2.0.2.1 - Simulation Lag Issue Fixed

This is an update to my Fitness Controls mod for The Sims 4.
The feature to prevent the fat and muscle of non-played sims changing was sometimes causing simulation lag, where sims would freeze in place for a moment when attempting to change action. This update implements the feature in a new way that should eliminate this lag.
v2.0.2.1 changelog:
- The 'No NPC Fitness Change' feature should no longer cause sporadic simulation lag.
- Changing the 'No NPC Fitness Change' setting now requires restarting the game to take effect.
