Mods updated for Get Famous moodlet support

The True Happiness mod, and the true happiness features included in Meaningful Stories mod, have both been updated with support for some true happy moodlets from The Sims 4's Get Famous expansion pack.

Most of these moodlets are not something I've had the opportunity to experience in my own play yet, so I've made a judgement on their suitability to be true happy moodlets or not based on what I could read about them in the game's files. Let me know if you find any that you feel would work better as the other mood!

The stand-alone True Happiness mod has also had its optional package files restored! If you preferred the mod without the swapped mood colors and didn't mind the oddness that leads to with the forced-green boosting moodlets, you can once again choose to not install the optional mood color swap file.

Restored optional package files:
- To turn off the swapped mood colors, uninstall the file 'roBurky - TrueHappiness-MoodColorSwap.package'
- To turn off the happy mood's skill effectiveness bonuses, uninstall the file 'roBurky - TrueHappiness-Effectiveness.package'
