Early WIP Download: Meaningful Stories 0.4.0

This is a really early work-in-progress build of my upcoming mod pack for The Sims 4.

If you install it, you should uninstall these other mods of mine, as they are included:

• Uncomfortable Overhaul
• Variable Emotional Traits
• No Happy Environment Moodlets

The redesigned Emotional Inertia feature is what I would love some feedback on. Here's how the new one works, if you're interested in the details:

• The old spinning-top inertia moodlets are gone.
• Moodlets matching a sim's current emotional mood get their duration extended, by up to 4x.
• For each positive mood, there is a condition to cancel out the duration extension. There is a moodlet with a stop-sign icon that will show up when this is happening.
  • Inspired: when using a creative skill
  • Focused: when not using a mental skill
  • Energized: when have an uncomfortable moodlet
  • Playful (not loner): when alone
  • Playful loner: when near strangers
  • Flirty: when have an embarrassed moodlet
  • Confident: when have an embarrassed moodlet
  • Confident loner: when near strangers
  • Confident outgoing: when alone
• The uncomfortable mood extends the duration of moodlets from all other negative emotions, and being asleep extends the duration of all emotional moodlets, but not as much.
• Moodlets from moods a sim is not currently in get their strength effectively halved. Meaning you need twice as many points as your current mood to switch mood.
• The strength-halving does not apply to negative moodlets when in a positive mood, so that it is still possible to fall into a negative mood.
• There's a hidden 4hr +1 moodlet for your current mood given whenever you change mood, to make rapid emotion switching even more unlikely. This moodlet becomes visible if it is the only moodlet left keeping your sim in their mood.
• Children get weaker versions of all effects. Toddlers are not affected by inertia.
•  If you combine this mod with True Happiness, true happy moodlets get some unique treatment. True happy moodlets don't get their strength reduced when the sim is in other moods, and they don't get their duration extended when in the true happy mood. 

Some things to be aware of with this version:

• The planned in-game settings menu to choose what features you want to use is not yet included
• The planned in-game tutorial notifications to teach you about the changes through play are not yet included
• The inertia-reducing conditions for using skills kick in and wear off rather slowly right now. I think I will be able to make them feel snappier with a bit more work.
• Fishing is not currently working for maintaining focused inertia
