Vi & Mace Spot Illustrations

It's fun to brainstorm ideas for these- I want to show more snippets of the character's interactions and adventures, things that might not make it into the Prelude comic itself but which are canonical (or fun, depending.) These ones are canonical.
Vi can't afford a mannequin that can pose the way she wants, but she CAN afford to bribe Mace. As Whip sits back and judges.
Exploring the dunes is a simple idea, but one that I have great personal affinity for, as me & my siblings would do the same every summer, scaling vast hills of sand and getting so deep that everything within sight looked like the Sahara desert, no buildings visible, the only trees twisted curls of bleached wood.
And during her Prelude years, Vi had an appetite for cheesy romance- but didn't want anyone else to find out. Mockery is a currency in the orphanage. So she would read with one eye open.
These, and more spot illustrations still in the works! Really excited with how Prelude Collection 2 is shaping up. E )

These illustrations are "Spot On" for sure! Vi can surprise and annoy at any time with her reactions with the others. I do like her interactions with Mace (well, most of them) which at times seem kind of "motherly". I know there are some that don't like the way Vi treats others. No judgement here. Everyone has their own ways of seeing things. She does have her good and bad times (inferred to above).
