The first Fire Emblem song you listened to was the final boss of Shadows of Valentia (Twilight of the Gods), who was a Dark Dragon ascending from a swamp-like pit of hell. You described it as "like royalty" and "from the sky" This song is the final boss of Radiant Dawn, who is a Light God from the sky, atop a massive tower, that you described as "summoning from the ground" and stressful/chaotic rather than holy or royal. When those war drums kick in, I would always get chills. Such an intense moment! This song is actually the final boss theme, I think the soundtrack just lumped all the battle themes back to back to back around the beginning, that’s why it’s #13. I’ll warn you; not only is Radiant Dawn a direct sequel to it’s GameCube predecessor Path of Radiance, but both games are incredibly hard to find, so you’d either want to watch an LP or emulate it, unless you wanna cough up like $200 for both lmao.
