Yeah, just one of the fields or ruins that you can travel to get somewhere has an over the top theme like this. Oh and after some research I found out Matoi Sakuraba is associated with, among other things, Golden Sun, Baten Kaitos, Kid Icarus: Uprising, and oh this one other series you may or may not have heard of, it's kinda niche, it's called *DARK SOULS*. So yeah, guy gets around.
