That would be absolutely hilarious. Let's put your mind at ease about that over-emphasized capital S. The boss Omega whose theme you just heard has its raid fights take place in a pseudo-reality dimension / veiled excuse to drag in monsters from other FF games. Each zone of this raid is given a name ending in -scape. Deltascape, Sigmascape, Alphascape. So getting through all of those and then finding out the boss music is called "eScape" is pretty much just a mild pun to troll us with.
