Some options would be kabab koobideh (ground beef skewer), bastani (saffron ice cream), salad shirazi (tomato and cucumber salad), ghormeh sabzi (national dish of Iran made with herbs and meat), zereshk polo (saffron rice with dried sour berries and a chicken stew), fesenjan (pronounced fesenjoon, pomegranate and walnut stew), ash (noodle, bean, and herb soup), sabzi polo (herb rice usually served with fish), etc. I know I'm biased but I could literally go on all day haha.
