Around the world Ala carte menu
I have some recipes in mind which i would very much like to do this month. Will post more when I have worked on this more! ( Am starting a bit late this month)
Feel free to give your inputs as I will revist this theme atleast 1-2 more times this year! I love doing this!!
I will be going through all your suggestions and saving the ideas and researching them for now and the future.

Griyo, Diri Djon Djon (black mushroom rice), Bouiillon (a soup) or soup Joumou (pumpkins/squash soup -- eaten on January 1st or Haitian independence day), Fritay or Pate. I would love to see some in my game.

It's fried ripe plantains (thick sliced) served with refried black beans, sour cream, and a couple slices of queso fresco. Some people serve it with additional items like sliced avocado or fried eggs, and some choose different cheeses, but however it's eaten it's AMAZING!! I would adore around the world seeing some Central & South American dishes!
