3. What comes to your mind when you think of May?
I will also be working on the cheese maker in the meantime. I will require some time for it as I have a good amount of different cheeses planned for it.
I will think of more stuff. This is just preliminary brainstorming.
I am leaning towards the Mediterranean buffet theme at the moment.

Even if you introduce these updates as the months go along, im here for it and will definitely continue to support. 2. Some of the thoughts that I have in regards to recipes for a Mediterranean buffet are, (Greek Salad with Shrimp and Kamut, Roasted Branzino (white fish) with Caper Butter, Stuffed grape leaves, Kale-Artichoke Stuffed Shells, Lamb Sliders with Yogurt-Tahini Sauce, Lamb Shish Kebabs, Grilled Lamb Chops with Herby Yogurt Sauce, Tomato Salad with Red Onion, Dill, and Feta, Sea Bass with Sicilian Cherry Tomato Sauce, Spanakopita, Greek Fish Stew. By no means do I expect you to create all of the dishes just wanted to provide you with various options. For a Chinese buffet, here are some ideas (orange chicken, lemon chicken , beef and broccoli, fried shrimp, fried tofu, 3. When I think of May, I always think of Cinco De Mayo and day of the dead. 2024-05-10 06:00:59 +0000 UTC2. It's going to depend on what part of Mediterranean you focus on. Olives, are heavily involved no matter what. Lentil, beans chickpeas, in salads, soups and stews. Seafood/shellfish as much of it is coastal cuisine. Spaghetti alle vongole (spaghetti with clams), trout in papellote, or paella. Fresh herby salads, shirazi, tabbouleh, feta salad, bean salads. Breads, so many breads. Meats, kabobs (and all it's regional variations), grilled or slow roasted lamb or beef, grilled chicken. Also, wine ;) 3. May, for me is the end of spring beginning of summer when temperatures climb. It's also Mother's Day in the U.S.A... May is fresh fruit, the last strawberry shortcakes, the end of the season for cherries, blackberries, raspberries, blueberries. The best way to eat them is simply chilled with whipped cream.
