Plans for 2nd Half of december and next month ?

There are so many different South East Asian food I want to make! So many varities!
Would you guys teribly mind if I do some for December and also continue part of the theme for January ? Plenty of seafood and rice based dishes!
Will also like to do specific harvestbles and spices ( yay for a spice grinder) . New sauces with the canning station ? Maybe some small craftable stuff too...idk! But half a month is not enough to explore the theme even superficially ๐

I can do a small set now and for January I can do some other non related theme and take up the South East Asian theme some months later ?)
