re:ballot counting anecdote - In the U.S. we actually have the right to view ballot countings as well but because of COVID this year it was livestreamed and it was the first time I actually even thought to watch! It was so incredibly beautiful and boring all at once 🤣I hope we can continue to use livestreaming post-covid as well. The quadratic voting system sounds so effective. It'll be my first time experiencing rank-choice voting here in New York next month. I also loved that this opened with Audrey's poem/job description. I'll +1 the comment above. Audrey is my new favorite person.
