Kinda weird now. They are both pinched inside the "womb" as it showed previously. She cannot let go so they pull out without them releasing. If she lets go, the capsules flood in, and she cannot keep up forever, but at the same time, no matter how many bites they receive, they cannot pull out cause they are stuck.
