I met my current mentor by stepping out my comfort zone and just throwing myself in areas where I knew I would be around successful people. I worked for about a year, unpaid, for my mentor and he was able to connect me with the company I am current employed with. He is busy but we still talk time to time and have built a close relationship. Sometimes you just need to put one foot forward each day and trust god.
