For the record, the character is Lieutenant Atahbi Mzzkiti from "Freighter Tails: the Misadventures of Mzzkiti" ( <a href="http://www.mzzkiti.com/" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">http://www.mzzkiti.com/</a> , permission received from the creator/owner to request this and others). I'm tempted to see what Dave can do with his current style.
