Kind of feel like Vi's a little angsty being stuck with babysitting while the Troika's enacting a grand strategy. As pleasant as it would be to see her be nice to Mace it would be a boring series if all protagonists got along perfectly all the time though she's kind of full in on bitchy mode. Not that Lilith and Namah have things perfect,but at least Igrath and *SOME* people are happy to see them! Kids are very impressionable, best to be nice if you want them siding with your underground faction and not blowing your cover....

I'm missing something. "What guidecoins? Vi has obviously become very jaded since she left the orphanage. She has a new, darker outlook on life and that carefree life she left behind to become something better is right back in her face with Mace being there. Vi is being mean to Mace because she can't let herself go back to the life she had, where she thought she was weak, a victim and not able to affect change. She can be something bigger and help the world out but Mace being there, I think reminds her of a life that was easier, happier and she can't allow herself to be sucked back into that world, so she is being cold to Mace as a defensive posture.

Man not only does Mace get bluntly told he is not important, but he gets told it by Vi. One of the closest people to him, that has to hurt. I understand why Mace gets harem pics, it's the only time he'll get any love...in a non-canon artwork. Though at least we got some nice butt shots
