Loaded/air fried apple fries as a snack, pumpkin scones, cinnamon rolls, pumpkin bread, cobblers! (Peach/blackberry). I also think in snacks it could be cute to do dirt cups or oranges with the pretzel stick stem to look like pumpkins.

People have said already Toffee apples and chocolate apples and British bonfire toffee would be great, mulled ginger wine and mulled apple drink which is alcohol free. Also I’d love a British fruit crumble we have black berries and apple growing in our parks and forests in the fall. So that’d be nice.

Marshmallow treats shaped and colored like candy corn, a sweet breakfast treat could be maple bacon mummy pancakes where the bacon strips make the mummy wraps, and as for a drink, I think Butterbeer (or something like it) would be super cool!

For fall: apple cider, smores, peach cobbler (any cobblers), pecan pie, pumpkin cheesecake, apple strudel. For Halloween: eyeball cakepops, witch finger pretzel sticks, jack-o-lantern pumpkin pie, white chocolate dipped strawberries that look like ghosts, candy/caramel apples, and spider cupcakes.

I'd love to see some of the traditional British Bonfire Night and Halloween foods. Like creamy pumpkin soup, Parkin (a type of sticky cake made with oat flour and treacle aka molasses), baked potatoes with cheese and baked beans, bonfire toffee (made with treacle, again), hotdogs, toffee apples, Cinder toffee (made by mixing boiling hot molten sugar and bicarbonate of soda), mulled wine and gingerbread (the cake, not the biscuits).

You could work with at first contradictory-seeming ingredients: (chocolate with fish and seafruits; strawberrys with mustardcream; lentil-meatballs with a beetsauce; open creativity in tastes and colours. I tried those things myself, they are tasty ;-)
