I wanted to make a food synthesizer like the one from Sims 3 Into the Future. I tried lots of things to make the food buyable by shortcuts but ultimately I had to go about it the long way if I wanted the food to have price points. I am happy with how it turned out!

2022-07-14 02:26:07 +0000 UTCSo, I'm having the same issue with the food synthesizer I had 6 months ago. The menu is opening up, I purchase the food, but it's not showing up in there inventory again. I just re downloaded it again, hoping that fixes the problem. I have ALL buyable food installed.

2021-03-04 16:55:51 +0000 UTCIt worked fine once I used the catalogue version of buyable food instead of the no-catalogue version, so I got it to work. Thank you for making such a great mod. It's really keeping my Sims from starving with their busy lives!

Can you remove all the files ) make sure you also remove old copies of the buyable food if you have downloaded it before)..clear your caches and try in a test save with only the buyable food + tuning + food synth ?

2021-02-23 03:58:20 +0000 UTCI just downloaded the buyable food and the food synthesizer yesterday, and I'm still having the same problem. I am paying the money but not acquiring the food I am paying for. I have tried with several different types of food (pizza, avocado toast, etc.) but it is still happening. This is happening even with the tuning file (I'm using the one without Batuu) But on an unrelated note, I downloaded blueberry and it shows up as *DEBUG* in my game. Is this a known glitch?

2021-02-19 14:55:58 +0000 UTCYesterday I tried the food synthesizer at my Sims home, I had them buy a meal, I chose one and then applied it, I heard the ching sound of the money cost, but they never got the food. It didn't show up in their inventory either, so what am I doing wrong?

2021-02-18 19:08:23 +0000 UTCThe no catalogue version wont clutter up your small appliance category. It will only be visible with better build buy mod. This version is best for those who want to buy instanf food from the food synthesizer but do not want to buy the food directly from build buy mode
