Adds a custom homestyle recipe to the game - Toffee Apple

Whole apples dipped in syrypy caramel sauce. This is a common fall treat for everyone!

Optional Ingredient : 1 Apple + 1 Caramel Sauce (Canning Station) + 1 Cinamon + 0 simoleon flat fee for Single Dish
