Are we talking the equivalent of messing with someone else's hair, or is this a faux pax on the same level as an unsolicited boob or ass grab? I ask because I remember the guard trio remarking on how it was the first time they'd seen under Tinsels tail, implying this is a fairly personal area for ladies here.
