It's also sad that they blamed sales decline on the assumption that it's all the bigots' faults for not buying their new diversified line of characters. I swear to God they're going to start calling everyone "Marvelaphobes" because we don't give them all our moneys in the name of diversity. DC is guilty too, I picked up what I thought was a badass Judge Dredd edition only to find him killing everyone in an imaginary all-white society of "evil sexist bigots" just to morally grandstand. And look, I honestly don't care what they personally think, but when they market and twist everything solely off of their misrepresentation of the West, that is way too far. It's funny how Marvel and DC chose to piss off the only people who actually buy (or at least can afford) their comics anymore, and believe me, they both are going to pay bigly for it! 👌

I'm betting that in 20 years time, it's the 'standard' edition, not the Lenticular edition that's sought after by a new generation of collectors, because there were so few of them sold... (Anything sold as 'collectors edition' and isn't severely limited in numbers will never ever be worth much.) Me? I lost interest in both Marvel and DC when I had to look at the cover to find out which universe I was reading about... I suggest that everyone buy nothing but indie comics the next month. There's quite a few comic artists here on Patreon...
