2017-01-24 02:39:06 +0000 UTCIf security staff are fired for failing to report someone who is the target (i.e. a "false negative") but reprimanded for reporting someone who isn't the the target (a "false positive"), then management has unrealistic expectations of their staff's detection abilities.
