End of Year Schedule

As a result of extensive (read as 'exhausting') travel over the next week, I needed to bump our regular series uploads by a week, which will look like:
MONDAY 12/30 - Strange New Worlds resumes with the Season 1 finale
TUESDAY 12/31 - Fringe continues with episode 7 of Season 2
WEDNESDAY 1/1 - Star Trek ToS resumes with Season 3 episode 6
THURSDAY 1/2 - EXPANSE DAY! Season 5 continues with episode 8
FRIDAY 1/3 - SCI-FRIDAY Returns with a special guest co-host!
SATURDAY 1/4 - Saturday Morning React-toons resumes with Robotech 53 & Star Blazers 16
While I'm away, I've uploaded a surprise series for anyone curious about the Amazon Prime show SECRET LEVEL (from the creators of Love, Death and Robots). I highly recommend it!
Now for some Channel News
1. Several shows are in pre-production including: Babylon 5, The Last of Us and a new direction for Sci-Friday (I am aiming for AT LEAST two full length movies a month)
2. Imp will be taking over all things social media in the new year and expect to see her around here as she familiarizes herself with the site and all you Legends!
3. For those interested in the Expanse TTRPG, new posts directly relating to our campaigns will again appearing on the site. These posts will contain both clues and context for the opening of our adventures. These posts will be tagged as story elements and can contain text, audio, video or all of the above. Feel free to discuss theories as they drop but as a note, when the campaigns start, each boat (and their adventures) will be unknown to the other ships...unless you make the news ;)
4. We are working toward some new tier benefits as well as exclusive Legends merch for 2025
Finally a heartfelt thanks to you all.
This entire reaction journey has been positive beyond my wildest dreams. Getting to know all of you and talk about all these great shows has been an absolute joy. My eternal thanks to all of you for your kindness and support. It means the world whenever you choose to spend your time with me. Its a blessing that I will do my very best to repay in 2025 and, God willing, many years to follow.

It seems just about every time I travel from Anchorage, AK to Wisconsin, my return flight out from Green Bay is either delayed or cancelled due to mechanical problems with the plane. My last two trips there I've became very proficient with changing my agenda on the Delta app that I was able to get back home maybe 2-3 hrs delayed on my arrival back to Anchorage. Blessed and safe travels to all.

B5 was my OG sci-fi experience as a teenager in the 90s, and while it doesn’t quite reach the levels of The Expanse, B5 will always be special for me! Once you start watching I might want to up my membership level to make sure I’m able to follow that journey every step of the way!

This past weekend, I had to do a last minute business trip from New York to Boston, basically I had to drive up there, do something for about an hour and a half, and then turn around and drive back, and I had to do it over the weekend, no option. Not only did it interrupt my last-minute (as per usual) Christmas shopping, but the drive back on Saturday ended up taking over 6 hours (it's normally about 3.5 without traffic) because of all the holiday traffic. That left me completely spent, and I didn't recover until mid-day Sunday. Last minute travel is bad enough; last minute travel during holiday seasons is enough to make your brain explode. I eventually made it through my "trauma," but now I'm behind in everything. Sounds like you're in a similar boat. Take it one step at a time, my friend. You'll get there, and we'll all be here when you're caught up again and ready to continue. Best wishes to you and yours, Greg, for a joyous and restful end of 2024!
