The composer is Mieko Ishikawa, originally she started as a sound designer and composer for Falcom (the publisher) in the 1980s, she is still with the company, and an executive producer there. She composed the sound track to ys 3, (Oath in Felghana is a complete remake of this game.) Not sure who the guitarist is. Falcom has had an in house band since the 1980s with constantly changing members.
