OTP January Preview #2

Hey all,

Here is the second preview of January, another Faye render. Getting close to the end of development on Chapter 09 and this will be one of the last previews. So, I thought I'd make it a good one. Enjoy!

First off, for those of you who have recently joined, thank you. And if you're looking for the latest release of the game, which as of this writing is Chapter 08, there is a pinned post at the top of the feed with the download links. If anyone has any issues getting access to the download, let me know.

In relation to Chapter 09, we are getting close to the end. Here is what is complete for the upcoming release:

• Static renders

• Postwork for the static renders

• Proofreading

• Coding

• Most of the testing

And here is what's left to do:

• Renders for the animations

• Postwork for those renders

• Putting those renders together to make the animation

• Integrating the animations into the game

• Testing of the animations

So basically, just the things related to the animations. Even though the status update says I've gotten nearly 3/4 of the animations done, there's still quite a bit to go.

I don't know if I will be able to get the remaining animations done before the end of the month or not. It will probably be close. If not, it will be the first part of February.

In relation to Chapter 10, I've been working on writing for that chapter already. As of right now, I have PD1 written completely, which was actually fairly long, and part of PD2 done. So once Chapter 09 is complete, I already have enough written to start scene setup and rendering for Chapter 10.
