I know it was brought up again after his parent evolved to D-grade and were concerned that the lifespan was too long for their pre-system brains to be comfortable with. Wish i had the memory to remember which books those convos happened in.

From chapter 1078: Restrictions on multiversal travel have been lessened, allowing anyone below high-tier C-grade (level 300 and below) to travel to the 93rd Universe, starting 100 days from now. This level restriction will rise by 1 level every 100 days until reaching peak C-grade (level 349). This is the last thing I remember but I'm sure I've missed something.
