That number was treated as a bonus on a D100 roll to determine the winner of the growth duel rounds. It's best 2 out of 3. The roll results are as follows!

My money's on him getting big enough that his pecs get hard to see over and his overall bulk makes it so he's at risk of tipping over. *snicker*
