Last Night

Just a funny little video recap of my night out last night. We went to this place called The Cowboy Palace Saloon, which is in Chatsworth, California. Oddly enough, I used to live up the street from this place, so Catherine and I would go there now and then. Anyway, it was fun, and I did my best to adapt my swing dancing knowledge here. I definitely worked up a sweat, and how about this western shirt and jeans I pulled from the back of my wardrobe? Oddly enough, Lena Hoschek from Vienna sent me these (matching denim jacket, not pictured!) and this is the first time I have worn them. I thought “I’m never going to wear this, why did she send them?” Well, never say never!

Some of my friends who live in southern states say they took line dancing classes in school. I’m very envious, because it’s quite fun. In my school, it was square dancing, which I can’t think of any practical use for that.

Tosca just happen to have her Lassus with her, so we egged her onto use it on the dance floor, to the delight of the entire place! She cleared the dance floor with that trick! We might be new to line dancing, but we’ve got something to offer.

Speaking of line, dancing, one of my most fun memories is of going to a place in Texas called the Round Up with Jean Paul Gaultier. I was dressed in floor length haute couture, Jean Paul leading me in a perfect partner two step around the dance floor. It was such fun! I wish I had videos of that! 🤠
