SavrenX Ryfina Blue Velvet

As usual you should use the pack from our friend Kirax, aka bdo pack female and put my mod after it. Automatically you will get results like my picture. Very easy.
I have also tweaked Cloak so that the transparency doesn't create a strange box pattern because Skyrim is a bit buggy when it comes to transparent textures with the blending feature.
