What is going on?

I wanted to take a minute to update you on the progress of my current projects and share some of the challenges I've been facing (and overcoming, albeit slowly).

Wonder Island #1: Hero of Brightwater is written but still needs lettering. I am committed to completing it, but delays have arisen due to fulfilling DINOKING. This process has been slower than expected, especially without my primary assistant and with the added involvement of the invaluable Ele.

Working on Wonder Island has been emotionally taxing. Despite my professional commitment, I find it difficult to separate my personal feelings from the project. What was meant to be a book of joy and wonder now brings a profound sense of melancholy. I understand this is not an excuse but an honest reflection of where I am. It's important to me that the final work reflects the positivity it was intended to embody.

Managing the large files for this project has also been time-consuming, often taking a full day just to extract and import them. Nevertheless, progress continues.

In addition to Wonder Island, I have several other projects underway. The artwork for Clownworld: Smoke and Mirrors by Russ Leach is complete and awaits lettering. Kakashi: Maat’s Measure has its line art and lettering finished but requires additional bonus content. Great Survivor Saint Kaidan is about 30 pages in, and I’m also working on bonus art for the campaign page. Balancing multiple projects has proven challenging. The first chapter of the upcoming Ferroh book has had about five pages of complete art

Lastly regarding Fathom, my artist is currently working to build confidence in their background work. We’re exploring various techniques and drawing exercises for seaweed, plumbing, and even some beachside and landscape painting, inspired by Bob Ross. Their enthusiasm and humility in addressing these challenges are truly commendable.

Thank you for your patience and continued support. Your encouragement means a great deal to me, and I remain dedicated to delivering the best possible work. I know I have been promising it for months, but I will be updating the whole layout of the youtube and patreon soon, it's just difficult finding a single spare minute in my schedule. So, I'd like to offer a sincere apology for that. There will be some more concept art and art previews coming soon!
