Are you requiring vaccinations for all live shows? The webpage for live shows directs here for current info but this says it is for the January shows. I’m in Portland.

As far as I can see, there is no refund being offered for the Minneapolis show. From ticketmaster, it seems to say that "Event Organizer is not offering refunds at this time". What should I do to get my money back?

Anyone else having issues getting ticket refunds for the Chicago show? It is only giving me the option to "sell" the tickets, and I don't think anyone's buying right now..

Does anyone know what one should do to prove or do stuff as a CoE? I started it for the new year and will be at a live show.

I have 2 tickets to the Boston Live show if anyone is interested in purchasing! My sister had to back out unfortunately.

In MPLS or St Paul, there are so many places to get day of tests. The damned airport has a massive testing center, and Roy Wilkens Auditorium is a machine of testing.

I just decided to cancel going to the Chicago show. I'm very sad to have to make that decision but I feel it's best for myself, my family, and my community. I hope that NaddPod will consider doing a stop in St Louis or Indianapolis when things are safer. And I am hoping like heck that everyone stays safe on the tour!

The artists do not set the city / county / state requirements for public venues. If they are stating that vaccines and masks are required, it's because that is what is mandated for that area. With Omicron being as contagious as it is, meet and greets put the artists at risk of coming into contact with a carrier, which, in turn, jeopardizes any remaining shows scheduled. I, personally, would rather have no meet and greet and have shows continue than to shake their hand and risk their health.

It's a shame you require vaccines and masks but do not offer meet and greets. Some people travel many miles to see the show and you short them the whole experience. Kinda seems like a rip off. Just a shame

It is a bummer that even being triple vaxxed these sorts of things are happening! As in some things not happening. Glad people are being safe though of course. Personally, I'm just happy to get to see a NADDPOD live show though! So 🤞 that Minneapolis stays golden 😎

Hello! I sent a dm but i know you get a million of them. I was supposed to fly in from Canada to the Boston show but I'm no longer able with travel restrictions. My friend in the states bought the tickets for us and 2 other friends. Can she refund just the one ticket? I was hoping to see you guys in vancouver since the travel is safer so alternatively I was wondering if there's a way you could switch the ticket to be for the Vancouver show. I'm so heartbroken to be missing this! I'm traveling from Toronto to NYC the day before, and then would have to come up from NYC to Boston—attending the show feels too risky not just for myself, but for those around me in case I end up catching anything en route.
