So Fourthwall made an error with the merch π

So we received an email from Fourthwall, the company we're using for merch, and they said:
We uncovered a bug in our embroidery price calculator that caused us to undercharge for certain items. Embroidery costs are based on the total stitch count used to embroider your design on the product.
To correct this, cost updates will be applied on April 15.
Basically, when we set up the embroidered products, the pricing they showed us was lower than what it actually costs to produce β so theyβre correcting that now. The prices are set to increase on the 15th April, I'll drop below what they've said the increases will be:
Betwixt & Thoughts Sweatshirt +$12 (approx)
Thoughts/Betwixt Varsity T-Shirt +$7 (approx)
Thoughts/Betwixt Varsity Hoodie +$7 (approx)
This really sucks and we're really sorry about this. We're going to do our best to reduce the profits of the merch to keep the pricing more aligned with what we had set before this error on Fourthwall's system. Having said this, the prices are going up on the 15th, so if there was something you wanted grab it before the price increase π
I (jack) will also be away for a couple of weeks so there's going to be a pause on the thank you videos, but we'll get right back on them when i'm back! π
