It made me realize that I was also blending the plots of 2 and 3 together, because I would watch the movies at the dentist while my siblings were getting their teeth cleaned, so I would watch them half an hour at a time six months apart, sometimes forgetting which movie we were on. So now my boyfriend and I are watching them so I can have the experience of watching them all the way through, and it's great. Thanks Emily!
