Hey Emily! I just listened to this and roses usually don't attract most pollinators. Mason bees and bumble bees dig them, but unfortunately so do grasshoppers and beetles. The best most resilient roses to plant are knockout roses. They've got the beauty of roses and the "fuck you I'm growing here" of a dandelion!
